Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining a presence and ever improving relationship with major customers through a regular schedule of service calls
2. Rapid response to requests for assistance with quality complaints or performance problems
3. Instructing and training customers in all aspects of proper bearing installation, maintenance and damage diagnosis/prevention practices.
4. Providing technical assistance with specific aspects of bearing application development in support of business development with the sales team.
Requirements:
1. Must be bachelor degree or above with a mechanical major.
2. At least 3 years relevant working experience in foreign companies.
3. Solid English communication skills both in written and spoken.
4. Work well under pressure.
5. Be professional, mature.
6. Work experience in related industry is preferred.
